Our Story
Founded by Laura Alexis, a woman who turned her personal struggles into a beacon of hope for countless others, our laser weight loss company is more than just a destination – it's a testament to the power of perseverance and the boundless potential within each of us.
Laura's own path to rediscovery was forged through hardship, as she navigated the depths of despair following the loss of her precious child to shaken baby syndrome. The weight of grief and depression manifested physically, leading Laura to a point where she hardly recognized herself. But from the depths of her own journey, she emerged stronger, driven by an unyielding desire to reclaim her well-being.
A serendipitous encounter with a friend introduced Laura to the revolutionary Zerona laser machine, a turning point that set her on a path of profound transformation. Witnessing immediate, tangible results ignited a spark within her – a spark that would ultimately ignite a fire of change within communities across Texas.
In her heart, Laura knew that this transformative technology was not to be kept a secret. She understood that the path to wellness should be accessible to all, and so she embarked on a mission to bring the benefits of the Zerona laser to as many lives as possible. Thus, Innovative Lasers of Houston was born, a sanctuary of renewal and empowerment that now spans nine locations throughout the Lone Star State.
